When a recall is required, whether it is because you have discovered a fault in an item, been advised by a wholesaler, or ordered to by Recalls Australia, what do you do?
How is a recall to be managed, what are you required to do and who are you required to report to?
How long have you got to implement the recall, and when can you consider that the recall is satisfactory, or even over?
