An error has been discovered in a number of Bicycle Owners Manuals in the section relating to tyres and pressures.
In order to comply fully with the relevant Australian Standard, the manual is required to have a conversion table inserted indicating the comparison between pressure in pounds per square inch and pressure in kiloPascals. Not all of them do, some wholesalers are taking action on this, but if yours is not, then printing this chart and inserting it into each Owners Manual will ensure compliance.
The kiloPascal figure is rounded to the nearest 5 for simplicity, a full conversion chart is available here.
A printable chart is available here.
