Are you thinking about setting up a bike shop?
There are a number of things you should consider before you even create a business plan.
Firstly, selling bicycles is much like any other retailing business, you have to like selling and you have to like dealing with people, all sort of people.
Secondly, you will need to be able to deal with staff, councils, government deartments, your bank, an insurer or two, and many other entities.
Thirdly, you are unlikely to grow rich quickly running a bike shop.
You will, however, enjoy yourself if you get things right.
